Warriors make six changes to head to Chinnor

Friday 17 April 2026

Worcester Warriors have made six changes to their side to head on their road to take on Chinnor in Round 24 of the Elior Champ Rugby.

Warriors suffered defeat in the reverse fixture between the two sides back in December at Sixways and will be looking to make amends on the road this weekend.

In the front-row, Billy Keast makes a first start since January at loose-head prop with Archie Vanes and Fraser Balmain completing the front-row.

Hallam Chapman continues in the second-row, where he’s joined this week by James Tyas.

The back-row remains totally unchanged with Tim Anstee, captain Matt Kvesic and Matt Rogerson completing the forward pack.

It’s a double change at half-back, with Will Lane coming in at scrum-half and Billy Twelvetrees at fly-half, Twelvetrees making his return for the first time since the start of January.

In the centres, Rory Taylor starts again and is partnered by Alfie Garside.

Alfie’s brother Jake returns to the starting line-up on the wing, with Josh Bassett and Will Trewin rounding out the starting fifteen.

On the bench, Bath loanee Jasper Spandler returns to a Warriors matchday squad, with second-row Côme Joussain also coming into the squad amongst the replacements.

The matchday 23 is completed with Livai Natave, Cam Miell, Thabo Ndimande, Tiff Eden, Roma Zheng and Hugh Bokenham.
