Our Annual Hospitality Packages for 2026/27 are live now - for both renewals and also expressing your interest to become a Annual Hospitality holder for next season.

FAQs
For our Chairman's Lounge hospitality guests, one hour of complimentary drinks will be served from when hospitality opens.
Please note that this lounge operates a different dress code to other hospitality areas, and rugby shirts must not be worn. Under 12 hospitality spaces are not available in the Chairmans Lounge.
Following the match, both home and away players will enter the suite for their post-match meal, while guests can continue to enjoy access to the suite, its private bar, and post-match entertainment.
On busier matchdays, some tables may have to be moved at half-time to accommodate the players and officials.
For added convenience, a number of additional poseur and high-rise tables will also be available.
After the game, Sterling Suite guests will have access to the Five Star Windows Suite to enjoy post-match entertainment
Additional courses can be pre-booked on a match-by-match basis in the 5 Star Windows Suite, Boardroom, East and West Boxes, as per the prices below:
Starter at £12.75 + VAT per person, per match
Dessert at £112.75 + VAT per person, per match
Cheese & Biscuits at £12.75 + VAT per person, per match
Should you wish to add additional courses to your package, please email VIP@warriors.co.uk at least 10 days before the fixture. Please note that this is a fixed deadline, and additional courses are not available to purchase on the day and full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Furthermore, we are only able to offer Hospitality Boxes full servings of each course, i.e. we are unable to provide 6 servings of dessert to a box of 12 guests, and therefore it must be booked for the full 12 guests.
We can cater for all dietary requirements when pre-booked at least 10 days before the fixture. Please note that this is a fixed deadline and although we do try our best to accommodate requests past this point or on the day, we cannot guarantee this. Please email VIP@warriors.co.uk
Each Hospitality Box is equipped with a fully stocked fridge containing a wide selection of beverages.
To access this service, the lead booker must confirm via email whether they would like the fridge to be unlocked for an individual fixture or for the full season. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all fridges will remain locked.
All consumption will be recorded after your departure, and an invoice will be issued within three (3) working days of the matchday.
Should the lead booker wish to unlock the fridge during the match, they will be required to sign a declaration confirming that they accept responsibility for all beverages consumed and agree to be billed accordingly.
As an Annual Hospitality Member, you have the option to pre-order a range of exclusive wines from our wine menu.
To view a copy of our ‘Premium Wine Pre-Order List’ please contact one of the Commercial Team by email VIP@warriors.co.uk. All pre-orders must be paid for in advance and made 10 days before the fixture. Once ordered and delivered on match day, all drinks will be the property of the customer.
Bar tabs are not permitted at Sixways Stadium. Easy contactless payment methods are available at all hospitality bars and bars throughout the stadium.
At Sixways Stadium, we are proud of our family friendly atmosphere and as such welcome children of all ages, even in Hospitality. Please note that Under 12 hospitality spaces are not available in the Chairmans Lounge.
A separate children’s menu is available on request. Please email VIP@warriors.co.uk at least 10 days before the fixture to arrange a different meal for your child.
All guests are invited to enjoy post-match entertainment in the Chairmans Lounge or Fanzone
Please do not take glasses on to the balcony seating areas outside hospitality suites or boxes. Please request plastic glasses. We operate a strict no smoking or vaping policy at Sixways
