Warriors Under 18s were beaten 64-6 by a well-drilled Leicester Tigers side at Welford Road on Saturday.
Fly-half Luke White got the points for Warriors courtesy of two penalties, but it was the hosts who raced to victory.
Academy Manager Mark Hewitt said: "The technical skills and game management of the Leicester side was second to none and they were a cut above us on the day.
"That is down to the contact time the youngsters have at Leicester and that is something we are changing here.
"We are focusing our efforts on working with our youngsters and putting structures in place so we are able to produce the same calibre of players that the likes of Leicester and Northampton have.
"There were some strong performances from the likes of Huw Taylor, Andrew Kitchener and Ben Williams and they were set a benchmark by the Leicester players."
