Sale cut the deficit after the break with two tries of their own but Cavaliers were too strong for their opponents and pulled away late one.
Alex Grove returned from injury to captain the side with Cam Goodhue making his first appearance of the season at number eight.
Hooker Nick Seymour was handed his first Cavaliers start and academy youngster Josh Watkins also made his comeback.
Cavaliers got off to a flier when some neat passing play from the backs saw Watkins race through to touch down beneath the posts and Elliott Davies added the extras.
Just two minutes later, another flowing Cavaliers move was started and finished by scrum-half Jeremy Su'a after some good work from James Stephenson on the right.
Ben Howard then flew through the Sale defence, side-stepping tacklers before punting to the corner for Watkins to chase, but a Sale back got there before the Cavaliers winger could collect the ball.
The home side were then penalised in front of goal for holding on to the ball and Jets fly-half Nathan Fowles made no mistake with the kick.
Cavaliers responded immediately and, after exerting pressure on the Sale pack, Harry Casson powered over in the far left corner.
Fowles had another penalty opportunity for Jets but his second kick of the night fell short of the posts.
Cavaliers continued to run riot and another penalty led to Su'a crashing over for his second try and Davies slotted the conversion.
Sale then went on the offence but solid tackling and defending from Cavaliers prevented the visitors from going over the whitewash.
More slick movement from the Worcester backs almost finished with another Watkins try but Cavaliers recycled the ball to set-up Grove to mark his return with a score.
Cavaliers made five changes at the break but Sale immediately bounced back when James Mitchell crashed over the tryline.
A fine run from George de Cothi saw the replacement shake off two tackles to set-up Stephenson, who touched down but the referee spotted a forward pass to deny the Cavaliers winger.
Jon Clarke produced a fine show of power and determination to break the Sale backline once again and De Cothi went over allowing Tiff Eden to add the extras.
Warriors continued to threaten but Sale replied with a Sam Bedlow try and Mitchell punted over the conversion.
A fantastic run from Max Stelling saw the centre kick for the corner and although the ball appeared to be going out of play, it bounced off the corner flag and Stephenson was there to seize the opportunity.
Tom Holmes was sent to the sin bin for Sale with just several minutes remaining and South African Dean Hammond rounded off a fantastic evening for the Cavaliers finishing off a superb run down the left wing.
A fine kick from Eden ensured the hosts reached the 50-point milestone.
