Worcester took control by the break with a brace from hooker Ollie Hayes and further scores from wing Colin Dickson and skipper Richard de Carpentier while Enosi Nabukebuke also grabbed a double.
Joe Carlisle, De Carpentier, Alastair Thompson, Dickson and John Hughes all touched down in the second half for Cavaliers while the spirited Army hit back with several well-worked tries of their own.
However, the real winner on the night was charity as generous fans dug deep for the Warriors Community Foundation and SSAFA Forces Help as part of the 'Little Warriors' Community project.
Cavaliers were straight on the attack with centre duo Carlisle and Josh Matavesi carrying into contact before Craig Gillies tore down the middle. More forward power saw hooker Hayes crash over the opening try of the game.
Visiting Number Eight Ledua Jope took a quick tap penalty and when the Army won another penalty it was duly slotted by Ceri Cummings to reduce the lead to 7-3.
Full back John Hughes ran from deep to break tackles but Worcester were struggling to build any momentum against a well drilled visiting team.
Hughes then threw a pass that was picked up by Nabukebuke and the speedy winger had too much gas as he tore down the left wing to score and put The Army in the lead. Cummings added the conversion via the posts for a 10-7 lead.
James Read missed wide right with a drop goal attempt while Carlisle put in a deep kick that Josh Watkins raced down to set up a lineout in visiting territory.
Perry marked his return to action with a slick dummy pass before diving over after Nile Dacres and De Carpentier had given Cavaliers go forward.
Cavaliers grabbed a third try when Dickson powered over in the right corner before Perry again broke away and this time unselfishly sent Hayes in for his second of the night.
Knoxy Laqekoro smashed into contact and Read broke into space and kicked ahead only for Hughes to mop up the danger and clear.
Rob O'Donnell was left on the turf and the game was held up before the big prop was replaced by Jack Cosgrove.
Richard de Carpentier scored just before the break when he picked up a loose ball and bulldozed over before Nabukebuke grabbed his second of the night.
Cummings reduced the lead further before a yellow card to Ledua Jope saw Cavaliers take control as Carlisle skipped over from Paul Hodgson's pass.
Hodgson and Watkins produced some sublime skill before the scrum half sent De Carpentier over for his second of the game.
The Army hit back as Read scored an intercept as he picked off a miss-pass and then Luke Bellinger capitalised on a cross kick.
Worcester went past the half century as Thompson touched down before Dickson finished after a superb run from Watkins down the left wing and Hughes dotted down late on.
