Back roared Wasps as hooker Rhys Thomas and back row giant Ashley Johnson scored in a frantic opening to the second half as the visitors retook the lead.
However, the hugely impressive Blair Cowan steadied Warriors as he drove over before Jonny Arr dotted down for the try bonus as Warriors claimed yet another scalp under the lights at Sixways.
A big crowd descended on the home of the Warriors for the Friday night game looking for the home side to make it five wins under the floodlights this season.
The home side came out all guns firing and were rock solid in the opening scrum and won an early penalty that Goode kicked to the corner. A driving maul saw Cowan peel off into space and Dean Schofield powered into contact.
Wing Josh Drauniniu looked to dance past tacklers and Lemi was heavily involved before the penalty was secured for not rolling away and Goode slotted the kick to reward an enterprising start from the home side.
Wasps looked to respond with ex-Worcester player Hugo Southwell attacking from deep and big Marco Wentzel carrying with intent before the visitors won a penalty of their own for not rolling away and Nick Robinson leveled the scores.
Former Warrior Charlie Hayter, a late call-up for the injured Chris Bell, cut Worcester with a superb run and the home side then had to be alert to stop Tom Varndell down the left wing. But the hosts held firm and turned over ball and cleared through Goode.
The visitors were starting to ask questions as a grubber kick in behind from Andrea Masi saw Chris Pennell bundled into touch under pressure from Elliot Daly. Worcester were then penalised for dragging down the resulting lineout driving maul and Robinson did the rest for the lead.
Kvesic and Arr hit back with some superb rugby down the middle and when Drauniniu made a yard Wasps were all at sea and Grove applied the final pass to a marauding Pennell who burst down the right wing and bundled over the final man for the try as Sixways celebrated.
Cowan and Grove then combined to smash the ball loose and Worcester were back on the attack once more at pace as Matt Mullan handed off two men in midfield and then Arr produced a peach of a kick in behind to force Daly into a hurried clearance.
Joe Simpson was penalised for not releasing in the tackle and Goode went for the corner as momentum built. Best and Percival then peeled off the back of the driving maul, but Wasps swarmed and won the scrum put in.
Warriors, though, struck again as Cowan took a quick tap penalty, after Wasps were penalised at the scrum, and after Worcester were halted left and right it was Goode who chipped in behind and Lemi leapt highest and collected to touch down to a thundering ovation.
Best was the next man to produce a massive hand off down the middle as Warriors won another penalty and Goode boomed a long kick over the head of Varndell and into the corner to set up more pressure.
Warriors worked the ball infield after the driving maul was repelled, but Kvesic was isolated as he looked to barge past men and held up by Wasps who won a scrum put in.
Robinson should have eaten into the lead on the stroke of half-time, after Best was adjudged to have not released in the tackle, but the fly half drifted his kick wide right of the posts.
Worcester started the second half in sloppy fashion and were guilty of several mistakes before a loose pass was fumbled and Johnson hacked on under the shadow of the posts.
Warriors were suddenly on the back foot and Wasps ruthlessly exposed the opening as hooker Thomas blasted over on an inside pass in the corner to cut the lead back to 15-11.
Worcester looked visibly looked rocked by the body blow of conceding straight after the break after a shaky five minutes and were only let-off further damage when Robinson sliced a penalty wide.
The injured Goode succumbed and was replaced by Danny Gray as Wasps continued to control the early exchanges in the second half.
The home crowd were left incensed as Drauniniu was then yellow carded for a deliberate knock on as he went for an intercept.
The resulting drive was then successfully bundled over with Johnson crashing over as Wasps retook the lead for the first time since the 13th minute.
Worcester needed a foothold and got it when visiting prop Phil Swainston was penalised for side entry at the maul and Gray kicked for the corner to try and reestablish some control. The forwards roared up close and it was Cowan who bashed over for the third home try.
Slick handling saw Warriors create more space and when Johnson took out John Andress without the ball the crowd roared disapproval. When order was restored the penalty went to the home side, but Gray pulled his kick wide left to the anguish of home fans.
Gray, though, made amends with a sublime kick to the corner after another penalty. Gray himself almost stepped away into space on the next wave of attack before Wasps repeated infringed and Masi was yellow carded.
A five-metre lineout to the Warriors was taken by Best and when the drive was halted it was Arr who reacted quickest to break off the back and touched down to secure the try bonus.
The final minute saw Wasps look to claim a losing bonus point and they did just that as Jack Wallace touched down. But it was no more than a consolation as Warriors claimed the maximum points haul.
