Assistant Head Coach Nigel Redman makes four changes in the pack with a new-look front row of Ceri Jones, Ollie Hayes and Rob O'Donnell, who makes his first start for Warriors since a summer move from Rotherham Titans.
Towering lock Craig Gillies named in the second row alongside captain Dean Schofield while Errie Claassens is the only change to the back division as he returns at full back.
Redman said: "We made a good start last week against Scarlets and we would like to continue that momentum in this competition and going back into the Aviva Premiership.
"The way the competition is spread through the season, we play Wasps this Sunday and then don't play another LV= Cup game till the New Year so we want to secure a second win to stay at the top of the group.
"We're treating every game as a game to improve and that's what we'll aim to do again this Sunday - improve on what we've done already this year.
"We have already played Wasps in the league. It will be different, I'm sure, in the LV= Cup. It gives them a chance to play their squad players and it gives us a chance to play our players who are pressing for positions, those who want to put our first-choice players under pressure.
"We can mix and match the players to help the younger players like James Currie, who played well against Scarlets, and Ben Howard and Andy Short. It gives them the opportunity to play with more experienced players on a bigger stage."
