Only Errie Claassens, who moves to full back, and young Academy prospect Ben Howard remain in a much changed back division.
Jonny Arr and Joe Carlisle form a new half back pairing while Josh Matavesi will join forces in midfield with Jon Clarke as the two new centres make their first starts in Worcester colours at Sixways. Josh Drauniniu is named on the opposite wing to Howard.
Prop John Andress also makes his first start on home soil in the front row alongside skipper Mullan and Aleki Lutui. Giant Number Eight Semisi Taulava will also make his bow at the home of the Warriors.
Hill revealed his expects a stern test from Scarlets but has set his side the task of aiming to remain unbeaten throughout pre-season before the big kick-off with Bath Rugby on Saturday, September 1.
"Last weekend at Cardiff was a really good start for pre-season, we played a lot of really good stuff and anyone watching would have seen that the enthusiasm and intent to attack was much greater than last year already," he said.
"I think Scarlets will be a little bit stronger. They will have watched our game against Cardiff and they will have paid a bit more attention to us.
"We'll be starting with different players than we had against Cardiff so it will be interesting to see if the players who come in are able to emulate the same sort of attacking potential. We're not only looking for them to make as many line breaks as the team against Cardiff, we're also looking for them to be a bit more clinical and finish the moves off so there's two challenges for them.
"It's certainly a target for us to go through pre-season without losing a game and obviously there are certain things we've been working on which we will see in action on Saturday and in the other matches.
"Three home games and we should be looking to win them all. It will stretch the squad a bit with three games in a week. We'll have to be very careful what we do in training between games, but I actually prefer to play games because it gets players prepared better for the season. We will want to back up our performance against Cardiff with victory over Scarlets."
Fans are now advised there will be no tickets available to purchase on the day of the game from the Warriors Box Office. Only supporters with valid tickets should make the trip to Sixways.
