Towering Number Eight Semisi Taulava, snapped up from Rotherham Titans, will pull on a Worcester jersey for the first time and will link up with Chris Jones and Sam Betty in the back row.
The third debut in the game will be given to talented outside centre Jon Clarke, a summer recruit from Northampton Saints, who will look to form a strong partnership with Fiji international Ravai Fatiaki in midfield.
Shaun Perry and Andy Goode combine at half back while Errie Claassens is rewarded his impressive displays in the JP Morgan Asset Management Premiership 7s Series with a spot on the wing.
A number of young rising stars also gain valuable experience with Ben Howard named on the opposite wing to Claassens and prop James Currie packing down with ex-Wales international Ceri Jones and Tongan powerhouse Aleki in the front row.
Prop Matt Mullan is named among the replacements after spending the week in camp with England Saxons while Josh Matavesi could also make his full debut from the bench.

Cardiff Blues have also named their team for the game with Warriors and looking ahead to Saturday's match Phil Davies, the former Forwards Coach at Sixways, added: "It's nice to be playing against Worcester as I really enjoyed my two years there and made some great friends.
"It will be nice to see some familiar faces. I know, having spoken to Richard Hill, that both teams will be using a number of players and trying out different combinations."
"We picked up one or two minor injuries in South Africa; therefore, we will bring in three new players in addition to the SA touring party.'
"We want to perform and play with passion and determination in every game. If you do this, you will always have an opportunity to win games, Worcester will be a hard test for us, as will our matches against Gloucester and Bath."
