England Saxons lock Graham Kitchener is called into the starting line-up as Worcester Warriors travel to Brickfields to face Plymouth Albion in the RFU Championship on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).

Andrew Stanley - Head of Skill Development & Academy ManagerAndrew Stanley, a qualified RFU Level 5 coach, played almost 200 first team games for Gloucester before he retired from senior rugby in 1998. A former lecturer in construction management at Gloucestershire College of Arts and Technology in Cheltenham, he joined the Warriors Academy from Hartpury College in Gloucestershire, where he was director of rugby, in January 2005. Along with being in control of the young players' development at Warriors, he is also responsible for identifying new talent from the partner clubs and links with colleges around the region. |

Gary Meechan - Academy Assistant ManagerGary Meechan played rugby for England Schoolboys before a successful spell as player and coach at Stourbridge. A former RFU Rugby Development Officer for North Midlands, he was brought to Sixways Stadium to coach the Academy backs before taking up a full-time as Assistant Academy Manager. Gary is completing his RFU Level 4 coaching qualification and also works on skills with the senior team at Warriors. |

Lee Cleaver - Strength & Conditioning CoachLee Cleaver is a driving force behind the strength and conditioning of all the next generation of stars at Warriors. Lee, who joined Warriors in 205, graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning and Coaching from the University of West England and is studying a Masters in Applied Sports & Exercise Science.</.< P> |

Lee Douglas - Strength & Conditioning CoachLee Douglas graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning and Coaching from the University of West England and also has a Masters in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Wales Institute in Wales. Lee joined the club in 2004 and is renowned for bringing his experience and enthusiasm to the Warriors Academy set-up. |
Karl Denvir - Academy PhysiotherapistKarl graduated with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree from the University of Brighton in 2007 and then went on to complete a MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Trinity College Dublin. Karl has always been heavily involved in rugby, covering matches and running clinics for Naas RFC, Belvedere and Leinster before joining Warriors in the summer of 2010. |

Matthew Sherratt - AASE Co-ordinatorVastly experienced coach Matt Sherratt has been a part of the fabric of the Worcester Warriors team since first joining the club in 2005. Matt has a BEd (Hons) in Teaching from the University of Gloucestershire and is taking his RFU Level 4 coaching badge. Matt, who has also previously managed the Community department at Sixways Stadium, has a wealth of rugby coaching experience from all ages and abilities, from Tag Rugby at primary schools to National Academy players. |

Tom Tench - Warriors Academy & AASE AnalystTom Tench has been with Warriors since 2006 and has a degree in Sports Coaching Science and is completing his Masters in Performance Analysis. Tom is responsible for all the statistics gathered within the Academy and AASE system and in charge of footage used for video and technical analysis in the media suite at Sixways Stadium. |
