Millfield, managed by former Bath prop John Mallett, defeated the likes of Bristol Grammar School and Kirkham on their way to the title as their star man Callum Sheedywas named Player of the Tournament.
Brighton won the Plate Final after defeating RGS High Wycombe B 19-5 whilst Lancaster picked up the Bowl.
It was the first time the schools tournament has been held away from Sedbergh, in what was a successful two days of rugby at Sixways.
Warriors Director of Rugby Dean Ryan, Head Coach Carl Hogg and Defence Coach Simon Cross presented the medals and trophies to the youngsters.
Warriors Academy Manager Mark Hewitt said: "The whole tournament has been a resounding success.
"We've seen some real quality from all the teams involved and some skilful players.
"Dean Ryan has a lot of influence at Sedbergh School and sometimes the weather and logistics to thought this was an opportunity and it's worked well for all parties.
"We've looked over the youngsters and there are a few who haven't been picked up who have some massive potential and we could well be inviting them to play for us at some point.
"Some of these guys have been released from the Premiership's top academies. They are quality players but sometimes there just isn't space at other clubs.
"We're looking forward to next year and talking to the coaches and organisers from the tournament, they will be keen too."
