The Sixways Store has also introduced the new 'Click and Collect' service, where customers can order their shopping online and pick it up from the store to avoid postage and packaging costs.
Orders are usually ready to collect within 1-2 working days from when an order is placed. However please note you will only be able to collect your order once you have received an email with a 'Complete' status.
All collections must be made from The Sixways Store which is open Monday to Friday from 9am until 4.45pm but you will also be able to collect on match days or nights that fall outside the usual opening hours.
Customers have 14 days to collect their items after receiving the 'Complete' status email. If unable to collect an order within 14 days, please contact The Sixways Store.
Customers will need to bring a copy of the order confirmation which they have received in an email and if this is not possible, must ensure that they know their order number. For verification you will also be asked to show either a form of ID or the payment card used to purchase your shopping.
Collections can be made on behalf of a customer but the person collecting will need to bring a copy of the order confirmation email or ensure that they know the order number.
