With 127 appearances to his name, Arr has played more games for Warriors than anyone in the current squad.
But with Paul Hodgson impressing last season and Jeremy Su'a set to arrive at the club this summer, Arr admits he is relishing the battle for the number nine shirt come September.
He added: "It wouldn't be a good place to be if there wasn't any competition and I'll go into it as I go into every season. It's a fresh start and you've got to work hard to get yourself on the team sheet.
"A lot of exciting coaches have come in and they are really challenging us so hopefully everything they are putting across will become second nature to us."
