A former England Students captain, the 22-year-old forward is a product of the Fylde club in Lancashire.
De Carpentier said: "It's a big opportunity for me to join the Warriors. I'm focussed on making a good impression during my trial this month and doing all I can to secure a future at Sixways.
"I really enjoyed my time at Leicester Tigers. It was a great experience as my first professional contract to get to train with those players and work with the coaching staff at Welford Road.
"Now I have a big chance to make a mark at Warriors and I'm determined to take it. I'm fit to play and keen to get started at Worcester later this week."
