"Unfortunately we have picked up some injuries," revealed Hill. "The two positions where we could have done without injuries was in the back row and at loosehead prop.
"We were already down two loosehead props with Ceri Jones out after a shoulder operation and George Porter with appendicitis.
"Matt Mullan will also be out now with a damaged shoulder. Neil Best also looks like he might have broken a forearm.
"We might have to look at if we can bring people in. Oliver Tomaszczyk is also out with a hamstring injury so we are light on that department at the moment.
"It was a costly game for us tonight in that regard, but it was a brutal game and quite a few of the Bath players went down too."
Hill did, however, report more positive news over scrum half Shaun Perry who went off at half-time.
"Shaun just twinged a bit of a hamstring," added Hill. "He was mad at half-time, he wanted to go back out there.
"But I had to make a call and Jonny Arr has played well in the last few games and in Parma so it was the right decision. I wasn't going to risk that.
"Jonny controlled it really well and when you have got a lead like that you can afford to turn the opposition."
