Although the highlight of the day will be a touch rugby tournament that is open to both corporate companies and the general public - with players from both clubs on hand to pass on invaluable tips to teams taking part - there will be much more to the day.
As well as having both sets of squads available for photos and coaching tips, each rescue service will provide a vehicle for the day, there will be a bar, hog roast, music, bouncy castles and coaching clinics.
"We have been delighted by the response to Rugby Relief and I would urge the public to come along to Tewkesbury RFC for what will be a great charity event for all the family," said Tom Ryder, Warriors Community Manager.
"No donation or pledge is too small, the touch rugby competition is open to anyone, regardless of ability, we just want to create a memorable day the people of Worcestershire and Gloucestershire can be really proud of."
The social touch rugby tournament will involve teams of 10 who will play in a round robin event with finals.
Club and social teams are asked to make a minimum donation of £200 (£20 per person) and corporate teams are encouraged to make a £1,000 donation (£100 per person).
All teams are encouraged to try and raise sponsorship through individual sponsorship or employees.
