Dan Zaltzman, Warriors Head of Marketing, said: "We are all very excited at the prospect of such a huge band as Status Quo performing at Sixways Live '07. The band was voted 'Best Festival Feel Good' by the UK Festival Awards only 15 months ago, so we're sure to be in for an amazing evening's entertainment! We are confident that Sixways will prove to be an ideal venue for some of the biggest names in the music industry. We're sure that the die hard Status Quo fans will be joined by thousands from the local region for this unique opportunity. If the event is as well supported as we hope it to be, who knows who will be performing for Sixways Live '08?"
Warriors youngsters Huw Taylor and Jack Singleton will start for England in the World Rugby Under 20 Championship final against Ireland this Saturday night at Sale Sharks' AJ Bell Stadium (kick-off 7pm).
