Cox, fresh from his latest Six Nations action with England Under-20s, will lead a side that also features rising stars Greg King and Miles Benjamin who have been recently named in the latest England Under-19 squad.
Jonny Arr, Matt Deacon and George Thomas, who are also on the fringes of the England Under-19 squad, are also set to feature.
