Since joining in 1999, the 38-year-old he has become an integral part of the Worcester line-up and impressed since returning to the starting line-up in recent weeks.
"Tony has just been fantastic," said Director of Rugby Ruddock. "Cometh the hour, cometh the man, he has certainly delivered.
"We thought perhaps he might not feature too much for the rest of the season after losing his spot to Darren Morris, but he's come back stronger than ever.
"He has been fantastic over the last few games, the scrum has really held up well. What a player - what a man!"
After such an impressive return by Windo, Ruddock is keen to make sure he stays at the club next season, even if it is not in a player's role.
"We will be looking to finalise a few off the field contracts, like that of Tony, next week. It would also be good to see if we can keep him fit and ticking over," added Ruddock.
