Miles Benjamin meets children from Lyndon Green Junior School
Worcester Warriors wing Miles Benjamin paid a special visit to Lyndon Green Junior School recently to speak to youngsters and help tackle discrimination.
Solihull-born speedster Benjamin was a guest at the school in Sheldon, Birmingham, at an assembly held on 'Black Role Models in Sport'.
Benjamin's visit helped the children's knowledge and understanding about achieving goals, and also about discrimination and how to deal with it.
The children from the school then got to see Benjamin in action as they visited Sixways Stadium to watch the Warriors defeat Newcastle Falcons.
Craig Ellicott, Lyndon Green Junior School PE Coordinator, said: "The children who went to the game on Friday night thoroughly enjoyed it and have been telling others at school about it. I think that Miles now has quite a following at our school!"
