Ruddock believes that run of fixtures can help his team pull away from the foot of the table.
And he revealed the mood in the Worcester camp remained confident and united despite defeat to Sale Sharks on Good Friday.
He said: "We have got to win our home games, we have to try and nail those down. It comes down to that and it becomes tighter every week.
"Newcastle won their home game and now Sale have won their home game, we have still got three to come and we must make that count.
"I thought the effort was there against Sale and so it is hard to be too critical of the team. We never stopped trying and we must keep going, two or three of the players are busted up after that game.
"Sale took the big chance and that was the difference. We have got to do now is keep the belief and there is no panic.
"The players are upbeat and felt they gave 100 percent, Sale took their opportunities better than us. I'm proud of the players because they worked to the last minute, but it was not quite enough.
"The team remains a very proud group who are confident and united. We will keep playing until the end."
