Scrum half Jonny Arr will also feature from the start as Hill sticks to his selection plans - which he admitted he named to his team prior to Rotherham Titans away.
"There was a temptation to keep the same side as last week," said Hill. "But I knew that would be the case so prior to Rotherham I actually announced two teams. The players knew a week ago if they were playing against Esher.
"We could pick the same team again, but that would be unfair to the other group who are keen to prove themselves. I am going to stick to my principles.
"All those players that have watched the video against Rotherham know what the standard is - they have got to reproduce that. As a result, we have certainly had a couple of lively training sessions.
"Marcel will be left out this week and he deserves a break," added Hill. "We have kept him going and he has really impressed through every match. He is on fire at the moment and is clinical with his finishing.
"But we have got to look after Marcel so we will pull him out this week and give an opportunity to Oriol Ripol who will play with Miles Benjamin this weekend.
"We have also had a good look at Andy Williams and Ollie Frost through the rotation period and so Jonny Arr will start this weekend with Joe Carlisle."
Warriors remain unbeaten on the road after a bonus point victory over Rotherham Titans and Hill wants his squad to now take that kind of form back to Sixways and finally deliver for the home crowd.
He added: "We have had some tremendous away supporters who have gone to Esher and seen us play well, gone to Bedford Blues and see us get a good win, gone to London Welsh and Rotherham and do the same.
"The ones that have gone away have seen some good performances. What we need to do is back it with a really good one at home this week and make sure that all our supporters see what this team can do.
"That is the challenge for us. We will change the selection again, what we need is for the slightly different group to produce the same clinical performance."
