Head Coach Hill revealed the England Under-20 star - who became the youngest Warrior in the professional era when he came off the bench against Scarlets in November last year - could now be set for senior duty at Worcester with Neil Best likely to be rested this weekend.
"We are going to start to rotate the squad a lot more in these next four games coming up," said Hill.
"We will give a start to Willie Walker, a start to Adam Black at loosehead and we will bring Matt Kvesic, one of our young lads, up to the bench as well. If all goes well I hope he gets some game time at the weekend.
"Matt has been at Stourbridge and is one of our stars in the Academy who, along with Andy Short, has been selected for the England Under-20s squad. Andy has been involved in our 22 for a few games now and this is Matt's first time.
"We have Plymouth, Rotherham, Esher and Doncaster coming up, along with two British & Irish Cup games, where I will look to make some changes and give people game time," added Hill.
"Players like Oriol Ripol, Chris Fortey and Will Bowley will get an opportunity and it will be exciting for them to mix in with some of those that have played a lot. We can also recharge the batteries of those that have played a lot of rugby."
Hill has also praised his backroom team for giving him a selection headache as the treatment table at Sixways continues to clear.
He said: "Our medical department and strength and conditioning department are working exceptionally well to produce a fit squad every week for me.
"We only have the three longer term injuries now in Jake Abbott, Matt Mullan and Chris Pennell. We have 32 fit players and that gives me a selection headache which is good.
"We have players back like Pat Sanderson who did very well against London Welsh. He took a lovely line off Andy Williams to score and even put two grubber kicks down the line. He had a good game which was pretty remarkable after being out for so long. That was a big plus point."
