Howard, who will be cycling 50 - 60 miles every day and taking in as many cities, towns and villages as possible around Herefordshire and Worcestershire said: "I'm thrilled to have the support of some of our top local sportsmen before setting off on this challenge."
Each morning from Monday, August 23, Howard's breakfast show will broadcast live from a location along the route before he climbs back onto his saddle for that day's bike ride. Listeners are encouraged to join Howard along the way, on their bikes, or to cheer him on his way.
