A double bungee run, tackle unit, line out wall and a covered assault course will all be available for fans before they make their way into the seating bowl of the stadium to see the England Women's Rugby World Cup squad show case their skills at the first open training of the day from 1.15pm on the hallowed Twickenham turf before signing autographs pitch side.
At 2.30pm the Senior England Elite Player Squad led by Team Manager Martin Johnson will train for over an hour before beginning their own autograph session, which is expected to start at around 4.00pm.
The Allstarz cheerleaders will be on hand during the training sessions to add further fun to the training and family day.
England Team Manager Martin Johnson said "The players and the coaches really enjoy these sessions. The fans are always great and attend in good numbers. We will have been in our training camp for a couple of days before the open session and we're looking forward to showing the supporters some of our training and preparation at first hand before we meet again in October ahead of the Investec internationals. We hope as many fans as possible can make it on the day."
Entrance for pedestrians to the England open training sessions will be via Twickenham Stadium Gate A off Rugby Road. Those arriving by car should use the main entrance on Rugby Road and park in the main car park.
The Rugby Store is situated in the South Stand of Twickenham Stadium on the Whitton Road and it will be open from 10.00am on the day of the open training session and throughout the afternoon.
The World Rugby Museum will be opening its doors on the day and entrance charge has been reduced to just £1 for August 11 to all visitors. Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
