Head Coach and former England scrum half Hill has been pleased with the impact that Frost has had in games when he has injected 'energy' into the Warriors and is now keen to see his display from the start.
"I like Ollie Frost because he is playing instinctively. He is playing what he sees in front of him," said Hill.
"He comes on and, if there is a hole in front of him, he runs into it. If there is a bit of space in behind, he kicks in behind. If it needs to be away from the ruck, he gets it away quickly.
"He adds energy to the team. Every time he comes onto the field, everyone around him has stepped up a few extra gears as well. They feed off his enthusiasm, he is raw and he plays what he sees around him and I like that.
"Rather than playing too much to a pattern all the time, you also want a nine and ten who can go away from that at times and read what they see in front of them. Frosty is playing instinctively, is a very popular member of the squad and he deserves a start.
"The nine shirt is a tough position to really pin down who is the best one. We have three very good players, but Frosty deserves a go and I am excited about seeing him play."
