Fans can look forward to a weekend packed full of hard hitting action as this year will be the first time that all competition finals will be played over the space of two full days. Teams will be in action in the Adult Contact, Premier Division One and Two, Youth and Junior Contact, Adult and Youth Flag finals.
In addition to a feast of American Football, BAFACL organisers are planning a host of off-field activities to appeal to families.
The British Tailgate Party, inspired by events during the NFL International Series game at Wembley, will take place behind the Slick Systems Stand and clubs will host fun activities. Live music will be on offer alongside shops selling football and non-football items.
Charlie Little, General Manager at Warriors, said: "It is fantastic news that Sixways has been chosen to host these finals for the first time - it once again proves what a multi-functional venue we have.
"The weekend of American Football will be a great opportunity for fans of the sport and also families and those new to the game across the region to watch it up close and get a real taste for it.
"I'm sure it will be a spectacular two days of action and we look forward to welcoming the very best teams from across the country."
Guy Kersey, Project Manager at BAFACL, said: "We looked at many facilities and Sixways was not only the best facility wise but more importantly they wanted to work with us to make this event a success and grow the attendance not just to American Football fans but introduce our sport to new fans too."
Tickets for the BAFACL National Finals weekend will be available from July 1 by calling the Events Team at Warriors on 01905 454183.
