Mike Ruddock's men will be in competitive action for the very first time ahead of the new season when Doncaster Knights, who finished fifth in National Division One last season, visit on Friday, August 14 (kick-off 7.30pm).
Warriors then entertain Ulster Rugby at Sixways Stadium on Friday, August 28 (kick-off 7.30pm). Warriors met Ulster in pre-season last year - in a game that marked Chris Latham's full debut - with Worcester securing an exciting victory at Ravenhill.
Warriors will announce further games in the pre-season schedule once they have been finalised.
"I'm very excited about our pre-season preparation on home soil," said Director of Rugby Ruddock.
"We've got Doncaster first up and played them away last year in what was a very tough game for us. We expect another hard battle this time around and look forward to welcoming Lynn Howells and his team to Sixways.
"We follow that up with a very big test against Heineken Cup side Ulster Rugby at home. We did very well by beating them at Ravenhill last year in pre-season. However, they have strengthened since then and developed under Matt Williams, who I coached alongside at Leinster many years ago.
"That game will be the perfect test before we scrum down the following weekend in our first league game in the Guinness Premiership."
Full details regarding general sale tickets for the two home pre-season fixtures against Doncaster Knights and Ulster Rugby will be announced next month. Please keep visiting the official website at www.warriors.co.uk for all the latest news.
Charlie Little, General Manager at Worcester Warriors, confirmed the two exciting home Friday night pre-season fixtures were included in new Season Tickets.
"We've committed to including the games against Ulster Rugby and Doncaster Knights as part of a new Season Ticket at Warriors and so we feel this adds even more value to the best ever package we are offering our fans," he said.
"We look forward to welcoming supporters to Sixways Stadium for these two games when they will get a first glimpse of the side for the 2009/10 season, with players such as Chris Latham and Sam Tuitupou back in action for the Warriors.
"Other questions have been raised over the new Season Ticket package, in particularly in relation to discounted travel arrangements," he added.
"I would stress that discussions are ongoing with First Midland and we aim to come to an arrangement to give our fans the best possible access on match days to Sixways Stadium. We didn't want to commit to something if we were not 100 per cent certain and we will continue to keep our supporters updated over the arrangements.
"I am also pleased to say that we have also recently met with representatives from the Worcester Warriors Supporters Club, in relation to the creation of a new Supporters Club as part of the Season Ticket package. They have gone away to discuss their options and we hope to be able to work with them in the future."
