Worcester struck first when clever work and a kick from wing Joe Garner saw back row Hamish Wrafter benefit and dive over. A second score from Sam Davenport was the result of an initial forward shunt over 30 metres at the scrum before Louis Silver showed neat feet and Jake Lock broke clear.
The game was wrapped up when a stolen lineout saw Garner break free in midfield, Harry Meads take the ball on and Pete Johnson score in the corner after quick handling.
Carolan Ryan slotted a penalty for Worcester while St George's replied courtesy of two kicks from Owen Farrell, the son of former England international Andy.
