New Zealand ace Rico Gear returns to the starting line-up as Worcester Warriors prepare for the European Challenge Cup quarter-final clash with Brive at Sixways Stadium (kick-off 1pm).

Gear has recovered from a hamstring injury, that has kept him out of the last three games, and will play at full back with on loan ace Willie Walker cup tied.

Wing Marcel Garvey is set to make his first appearance in Europe this season and Alex Grove, who impressed against Saracens last weekend, retains his place in the centre alongside Dale Rasmussen.

Fly half Joe Carlisle returns to the replacements bench and is joined by Jonny Arr, who this week signed a new one-year deal with Warriors.

Summer signings Agustin Creevy and Leonardo Senatore have been named in the Argentina squad for the southern hemisphere's Rugby Championship later in the year.
