Pre-season training is well underway at Worcester Warriors as all the players return to Sixways Stadium and step up preparations ahead of the new Guinness Premiership season.
To give supporters a special insight into life 'Inside the Warrior Camp' we will be running a series of special training blogs from different players as the big countdown continues.
Today we hear from lock Will Bowley....
"Nice to be back after a little freshen up from an extended weekend. I used it to catch up with an old face - Ben Gotting. You'll be pleased to know he is very well and looking forward to getting himself back into the Guinness Premiership.
As far as we're going the boys are putting some quality rugby training in as it's a bit of a lighter week. Players like Olivier Sourgens and Adam Black are fitting in nicely - even if the French-English and Welsh-English language barrier sometimes gets in the way!!
We have a team activity afternoon tomorrow (Friday) which should be good fun and worthwhile so we can all get that important bonding in.
Next week it's back to the grindstone on the final stretch of pre-season and I'm certainly looking forward to getting back out there for some good old rugby!
Huw Taylor, Jack Singleton and Andrew Kitchener helped England Under 20s win the World Rugby Under 20 Championship in Manchester last Saturday, as they swept aside Ireland 45-21 in the final at the AJ Bell Stadium.
