The players were split into teams of three with each member taking part in one of the triathlon disciplines, including a 750metre open water swim, five mile bike ride and then two and a half mile run.
The victorious team of Rawlinson, Fortey and Kitchener claimed first place with a time of 51 minutes and 37 seconds to take bragging honours in the squad.
The event was held by the strength and conditioning team at Sixways to give the players a fresh challenge away from the pre-season schedule.
