They have embarked on a 'Summer of Salsa' to raise money for Children in Need, culminating in an attempt to break the world record for the biggest Salsa class at Sixways Stadium this weekend!
To break the world record they need nearly TWO AND A HALF THOUSAND people so are encouraging listeners and non-listeners to take up the Salsa challenge. You can improve your fitness and have fun in the process!
The record's currently held by a group of people in Hungary, so let's bring it back to Blighty and support Children in Need in the process!
The routine is easy to learn and you don't need any previous experience or a dance partner to take part. Log onto www.bbc.co.uk/herefordandworcester to see the how it's done and learn for yourself from our step by step guide.
Turnstiles will open on the day at 9am for registration and workshops will run from 10am so you can learn Salsa and also enjoy circus events and drums.
Two live bands will start from 11am with run throughs from 1.30pm ahead of the big record attempt at 2pm.
