Benefits for the club under the deal will include rapid diagnosis of injuries to players through usage of the Bath Road-based hospital's state-of-the-art scanners, as well as increased medical provision at Sixways on match days and for the club's staff.
"We are delighted to be entering into a new partnership with the team at Worcester Warriors," said Ben Nicholson, Hospital Director at Spire South Bank Hospital
"Our consultants have a long track record of helping Warriors' players overcome injuries and setbacks. The new arrangement between the Warriors and ourselves cements that long-term relationship and adds a new dimension which sees the club's staff also able to benefit from medical support and advice from our consultants.
"Our on-going multi million investment programme is paying off. It's a programme which has ensured Spire South Bank Hospital can offer market-leading medical facilities here in Worcestershire.
"That commitment has been recognised by Charles Cameron and the team at Sixways and we are excited to be playing such a key role at the club."
As the Warriors' preferred healthcare provider, the club's Chief Executive believes Spire South Bank's team will provide a major boost.
"We want to work with respected businesses who offer first-class services but who also buy into our long-term plans," said Charles Cameron, Chief Executive of Worcester Warriors.
"With that in mind we believe that the team at Spire South Bank Hospital are a perfect fit for us and they share the same entrepreneurial spirit that our club was founded on.
"As a preferred partner, our relationship with the hospital will be closer than ever. Spire South Bank Hospital is not only investing in the club, but are providing world-class medical support in close proximity to our own experienced medical team, which can only enhance our professional rugby infrastructure.
"Our medical staff already works closely with consultants from the hospital but the new partnership takes that relationship a step further. Consultants will be on hand during match days and our coaching and non-playing staff will have access to medical care.
"On the playing side, the innovative scanning technology and diagnostic tools available at Spire South Bank give us huge boost. It aids us with rapid diagnosis of players' injuries, ensuring they can receive the best possible treatment to get them back on the pitch as soon as possible.
"Having access to those facilities is a major benefit to us as a club and we all look forward to a long and successful partnership."
