The annual fixture with The Army was once again run in conjunction with our 'Little Warriors' community project that this year saw students from Christopher Whitehead Language School help organise the match day.

Pupils had taken part in a six-week programme at Warriors that culminated with last night's game. They were at Sixways to greet fans and help with entrance collections, programme selling, run a half-time raffle and even provided some half-time entertainment.

All money raised on the night was for two chosen charities - the Warriors Community Foundation and SSAFA Forces Help. We will announce the amount raised as soon as possible.
