Richard Hill's men currently top Pool 2 of the competition and a win at London Irish would put them in a strong position to qualify for the knock-out stages.
Irish opened their LV= Cup campaign with a bonus-point victory over Sale before going down to Leicester and also occupy second position in their pool.
Warriors will then conclude the group-stages of the LV= Cup with a home clash to Saracens in early February. Both matches kick-off at 3pm.
