The Warriors Foundation operates an employee volunteering programme across all areas of operation. Warriors employees have the option to give two working days per season to charities across the region, where we have a partnership agreement. Last season Warriors players gave 19 weeks of time to local and regional causes.

Warriors staff gave 12 days of time to Acorns Children's Hospice over the 2011 summer and is committed to giving 6 days every 12 weeks over the current season.

The Warriors Foundation considers its employee volunteering programme not only as an important community initiative but as a personal development tool for its employees.
