Warriors travel to Kingsholm on Friday 22 February hoping to go one better than the 16-16 draw the two sides played out in September.
A try from replacement James Currie had looked to be enough to give Warriors their first win of the season but a last-minute penalty from Freddie Burns again denied the hosts.
