Mike Ruddock's men, looking for a third home league win of the season, took an early lead their pressure deserved before back came Bath to snatch a half-time lead.
The effort of the Warriors was summed up by a stunning try saving tackle by a combination of Miles Benjamin and Sam Tuitupou to deny Bath lock Danny Grewcock in a tense first half.
After Walker and Davis had traded a couple of second half penalties each, Worcester's hopes of snatching victory from 9-12 down looked over when Tuitupou was shown a harsh yellow card for leading with his shoulder into a tackle.
But, if anything, the referee's decision reinvigorated Warriors who pressed hard in the last 15 minutes and were rewarded Walker took a chance to clinch a draw.
A huge ovation had greeted the Warriors as they entered the field to the largest home crowd of the season and it was the home side that looked to run from deep in the opening minute. Benjamin broke past one man but, as he looked to play the ball back, he was adjudged to have held on. Jack Cuthbert tried his luck with a long range attempt, only to see his kick drop short and wide.
Ruddock had warned Bath would look to play running rugby, even on a greasy surface, and they were soon running through the phases until a kick ahead into space saw Benjamin react quickly on the wet pitch to kick his feet and then hack clear.
Lock king Craig Gillies was characteristically stealing lineout ball, something that was to become a regular occurrence during the night, and Walker this time cleared his lines before Latham looked to make yards with a booming kick over the top.
Bath were enjoying early territory and a penalty at the scrum saw them kick to the corner to set up another attacking drive. However, this time a huge hit from a combination of Tom Wood and Pat Sanderson dislodged the ball and Marcel Garvey fed Tuitupou on a cutting run ahead.
Home fans had hearts in their mouth as Walker's pass inside was picked off by Ben Williams in midfield but, as the young centre looked to race away, referee Wayne Barnes pulled the play back for offside. The indiscretion was punished as Walker kicked the opening points of the night.
Both teams traded kicks for position from the restart before Garvey looked to race onto a kick ahead from Walker down the right wing and forced his opposite number to hurriedly take the ball dead to ease the increasing pressure from the hosts.
A high up and under then caught Bath static and fell to Benjamin. The young wing looked to hand off his man and a penalty for coming in the side saw Warriors kick to the corner and show real attacking intent again.
The lineout was won and Worcester looked to rumble a driving maul over until referee Barnes gave the penalty to the visitors to ease the growing onslaught and silence a mounting roar inside Sixways.
Worcester, though, again put the squeeze on at scrum time and instantly won back ball and then another penalty that Walker decided to, this time, aim at the uprights. The fly half struck his kick well, but it arched left to slam against the post and bounce clear, with Dale Rasmussen reacting first to force the clearing kick from Bath.
Seconds later Walker dropped into the pocket to try and make amends with a drop goal, but his effort slid off his boot left as a lively game hit the midway point of the first half.
Bath came away from an intense examination of their defence having not leaked any points. They seemed to gain confidence from the solid rearguard and looked to counter as Davies kicked to the corner, after Warriors held on in the tackle. Worcester then looked to turn ball over at the breakdown, but an infringement saw Davies level the scores.
Nick Abendanon showed neat footwork to break from deep after the restart and Davies applied more heat on Warriors with an intelligent grubber kick in behind.
The important lineout on the Worcester line was stolen and it looked like Warriors would pay for it when Grewcock lunged for the line from close range, only for Benjamin's initial tackle to stall the lock's progress and Tuitupou's follow-up to knock the ball clear.
A big lineout claim by Gillies was then thumped clear by Latham as Warriors looked to stem the sudden flow of visiting attacks.
Davies kicked Bath into the lead on 33 minutes before Tuitupou looked to spark Warriors back into life just before the break with a side step on the left wing to make valuable yards.
Worcester had another chance to level the scores on the stroke of half-time, but again Walker saw his effort just fell short of the crossbar as Bath took a three-point lead into the second half,
Warriors came out for the second half eager to make an immediate impact, yet when the ball was turned over in midfield it was Bath who produced an electric break and looked destined to score the opening try of the night. Frantic home defence saw them hold firm, but a penalty had been given. Davies stepped up but his low effort was pulled left.
Play suddenly switched to the other end as Tuitupou charged down Abendanon's clearance, after the full back took an age to steady himself, and suddenly Warriors swarmed forward sensing a score. Benjamin looked to break left but, as the attack fizzled out, the ball found skipper Sanderson who tried an optimistic drop goal that went wide.
Latham was next to create from deep and when he was taken off the ball, as he charged after his sky high up and under, the penalty went to the hosts and Walker drilled the resulting kick home to level the scores with half an hour to go.
Worcester were now clearly in the ascendancy and a terrible kick from Davies, straight into touch, forced Bath back and only heightened growing expectations inside rocking Sixways. Lutui and Wood powerfully battered open space in the middle of the park before Latham's inside flick to Kai Horstmann was called forward by referee Barnes.
The end to end nature of the game continued, though, as a knock on by Garvey, as he looked to take a spitting kick ahead, gave Bath territory. And from the resulting scrum, a penalty was given for not binding and Davies did the rest for a 9-6 lead.
Latham, yet again, looked to reignite Worcester's hopes from the kick-off as his chip and then sweet half volley forced Matt Carraro back. The scrum was awarded to the hosts and the penalty, again for an infringement in the front row gave Walker a chance to again level the scores that he took.
A stolen lineout by the impressive Gillies then saw replacement Rico Gear race into space and Tuitupou kick ahead. However, the Pocket Rocket was then penalised for a late tackle on Abendanon, as he looked to charge down the clearance, and Davies kicked Bath yet ahead.
A shuddering tackle by Tuitupou livened up Sixways as the noise levels went up even more and when Bath looked to run from deep the wide pass went out and put the visitors under real pressure again with just under 15 minutes left.
Walker tried to unlock the stubborn visiting defence only for Tuitupou to be sin binned for a leading arm, with the decision incensing the home support. A stolen lineout, soon after, saw Walker drop back into the pocked to try and even up the scores, but his effort drifted right of the posts to disappointed groans around Sixways.
Ruddock changed his entire front row with ten minutes left as he searched for a way back into the game, but it was Bath, with the extra man, who were now turning the screw looking for a decisive score.
But, a high tackle on Sanderson, saw Warriors look to mount one late charge and with just over five minutes left a penalty gave Walker the chance to again draw the two sides level. Under real pressure, the fly half made no mistake to set up a final shootout.
An error by Abendanon, as he kicked straight out from inside his own 22, set up one final attack, but when Worcester again got the wrong side of referee Barnes it was Bath who ran from deep trying to force a penalty before a knock on ensured the teams were tied at the final whistle.
