Working together - Underpinning all aspects of relationship is the award winning community involvement programme run by the two companies

Worcester Warriors is delighted to confirm it will continue its long and successful association with npower for the 2009/10 season.
Warriors and npower, one of the UK’s largest electricity suppliers, have enjoyed a highly productive partnership over the last seven years.

This on-going support for each other will now continue after npower agreed to be the club’s joint main club sponsor for the forthcoming season.

Kevin Peake, marketing director at npower said: “We’re delighted to continue our sponsorship deal with Worcester Warriors, especially as so many of our staff are fans. Our rugby sponsorship has worked fantastically well for us, particularly the results achieved in the local community. We’re already looking forward to next season.”

Underpinning all aspects of relationship is the award winning community involvement programme run by the two companies. With the support of npower, Warriors has increased the size and scale of its community operations, providing opportunities for all young people in Worcester and the wider West Midlands community.

Charlie Little, General Manager at Worcester Warriors, said: “npower has always been a strong supporter of the club in every aspect possible and has worked tirelessly in the region supporting the delivery of our community programme.

“We now look forward to taking our relationship forward and working together to make Warriors a success.”

The brand new Warriors home and away shirt – that will be revealed in the coming weeks – will again feature npower across the chest.
